Celebrating Pastor Ruth's Mission
Pastor Ruth Kawaha began Smile Africa Ministries in 1996. This thriving ministry serves some of Uganda's most vulnerable populations. In 2007, Pastor Ruth began a feeding program for the Karamojong children in Tororo, Uganda.
Today, about 350 children receive two free nutritious meals at Smile Africa six days a week, supported by Hope 4 Kids International and Feed My Starving Children.

Across the globe, hunger kills 1 person every 4 seconds!
Hope 4 Kids International feeds more kids than ever before. These meals are provided for children within our sponsorship program as well as children cared for by our local partners, including Pastor Ruth, who are striving to feed children in their desperate communities.
We are looking for partners to join our Food 4 Kids Team to help meet this need. Your monthly or one-time contribution will help fund thousands of meals we provide to our global partners who serve children in desperate need of food to thrive.
